The first Friday of March 2017 marked the kick off of what promises to be a powerful forum for education, growth, and collaboration, known as the PIM Huddle.  Led by Physical Therapist and PIM River North Clinic Director, Alexis Griffin, the PIM Huddle allows our team to join with some of the talented Performance Coaches and Personal Trainers we work closely with to share ideas, discuss topics, and strengthen our partnerships.

During this inaugural meeting, Alexis shared a little about the vision for the group and some of the principles vital to the PIM Methodology including the Human Movement System,  the Movement Spectrum, the role of the Physical Therapist when working in a patient-centered team, and the importance of a movement evaluation and Movement System Diagnosis.

The PIM Huddle will roughly take place on the first Friday of each month in the Performance in Motion – River North clinic.  We look forward to more meetings in the future and know that great things will result from them.
