Physical Therapist

Kiera (she/her) comes to Performance in Motion with a passion for movement and human performance. Kiera graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. Before pursuing physical therapy, Kiera worked as a youth athlete development coach at Torque Strength and Conditioning in Woodbury, MN where she coached competitive Olympic weightlifters, strongman athletes, and off-season young athletes. Kiera then completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Washington University in St Louis in order to combine her background in movement correction with an education in rehabilitation.

Kiera brings a personalized and collaborative approach to each patient in order to help them improve their movement quality and return to what they love. She enjoys spending time in the gym and challenging her own fitness through many outlets, and also enjoys working with athletes of all different varieties. Kiera has a diverse personal athletic background, with experience competing in sports from soccer and track to softball, tennis, fencing, and weightlifting. Kiera currently enjoys living in the city, where she is excited to continue exploring the food and hidden attractions that surround her.
